By joining our Trade Program, you will receive one on one support and consultation to create beautiful, one of a kind pieces tailored to your size and color specifications. At the same time, you will be supporting the preservation of culturally significant traditions and the livelihoods of many artisan families in Southern Mexico.

If you order two or more rugs for separate projects within 6 months you can receive an additional 3% discount.
Be the first to access our new collections and special offers
For large orders of more than 250 sqft, we may be able to offer an additional discount of 5% off the entire order. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Additionally, if you can provide us with two professional photos of the rug installed and an Instagram post within six months of the shipping date, you may qualify for a 3% discount. This is also evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire if you are interested in exploring these options.
Order Process
After you apply for the trade program and are accepted, we will send you our catalog and line list. Please take a look at our catalog and be in touch with what qualities/products you are interested in. Samples and Cost Estimate
Once we have an idea of what you are interested in, we can provide samples (on loan) along with a cost estimate.
Design a Rug or Tapestry
If you have a particular idea for a design, we’d love to discuss it with you. We recommend a call and/or sharing images or sketches to help us better understand your vision.
Deposit: We require a 50% deposit before starting the custom design process.
Color Matching - We charge a flat fee of $500 for color matching or new color developments.
Strike Offs: We make a strike off for all COLOR rugs to ensure the color is what you are looking for. There is a $275 cost for each strike off. Because of the nature of the natural dye process, color variance may occur between samples shown and the final goods delivered, however we do our best to match our palette.
Design Process: After we receive the deposit, we begin the design process, which includes three rounds of designs and simulations. If the design requires more than three rounds, there is a $150 fee.
Final payment: Prior to shipping we bill for the remaining balance.
Pillows
We have some inventory available and we also offer made-to-order.
Minimum Orders: We have a minimum order of four Compound Weave pillows and a minimum of two Nuno pillows.
Payment: Full payment is due prior to production for all orders under $3,000.
Lead Times: Lead time may vary depending on inventory availability and the type/number of pillows ordered.

Lead Times and Delivery
Rugs: 14-18 weeks depending on wool availability and whether the piece is dyed or undyed etc. For custom color orders, please allow an additional 4-6 weeks for the strike off process. This will increase if the strike off is not approved. Shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks.
Pillows and Throws: 6-8 weeks
Tapestries: 16-18 weeks
