Our handmade, luxury products take at least 4 months to make. At the time of the order we can give an estimate for delivery. We require a 50% deposit upon placing the order before we will begin production. Balance is paid upon shipping.
Each item is a unique one of a kind piece. Variation may occur due to the handmade process. We can not guarantee exact color matching due to the natural dye process being so unpredictable. In general, we can not accept returns, but we stand behind our products. We value our customers, and we want to hear from you if you are not satisfied with your product.
